Fiduciams is a corporate trustee authorized to provide fiduciary services un Der the laws of the Dominican Republic. We aim to structure transactions that, given their complexities, require a trust to make them feasible. Our entity was created with this clear purpose in mind in order to add value trough custom made and differentiated solutions.
TRUST MANAGER
Under the laws of the Dominican Republic individuals are not allowed to provide trustee services. However, an individual within the organization acts as trustee regarding the assets given upon trust. At FIDUCIAMS, Mr. Enmanuel Montás is the head of our team and serves as trustee (“gestor fiduciario”). He is also the managing partner of FIDUCIAMS and a highly regarded practicing attorney specializing in Tax Planning.
