At FIDUCIAMS, Mr. Enmanuel Montás is the head of our team and serves as trustee (“gestor fiduciario”).
He is also the managing partner of FIDUCIAMS and a highly regarded practicing attorney specializing in Tax Planning, Foreign Investment and Complex Litigation who practices at MS (www.msc.com.do). He is a leading authority on Foreign Investment in the Dominican Republic, a topic he teaches as adjunct professor of law at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra´s Graduate School (PUCMM).
In addition to his law degree, Mr. Montás holds a master´s degree in Corporate Law and Economic Legislation from the PUCMM and an LLM from Temple University, focus in business law. He also attended the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard School of Law and the program on Strategic Thinking and Management for Competitive Advantage at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Montás also completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practioners Program in International Trust Administration in association with the University of Manchester.
